For stock items, we ship within the next 3 working days.
For preorder items, please check the description of the particular item for a more precise lead time. Please also note that preorder items are non-refundable.

We don't make custom designs, however, sometimes we can customise the sizing of an existing design for you, so feel free to get in touch to check :)✮ What is a size 1 and 2?

Please note that with our hand knitted pieces it is also personal; although our knits have an oversized look, some customers like their knit to be more fitted while others like it oversized.
